However, such change does bring "growing pains!"
Effective May 1, 2024 we will implement a new policy on "no show" appointments, late cancellations of appointments & new client appointments.
We understand that circumstances arise that make life difficult and divert your plans; and we will continue to be very sensitive to those situations.
But, when an appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner, or worse not at all, another pet likely is prevented from receiving treatment.
We want to help as many as possible.
Also, we make a schedule to adhere to our business plan AND work to keep costs as low as possible. Having unfilled appointment times could force an increase in prices.
So, please be aware that this policy is in an effort to improve the services provided at LVH!

Numerous "no-shows" or late cancellations could lead to a deposit required to make an appointment or denied future services. If a deposit is required, the funds will be put toward services provided when you arrive. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you no-show or cancel.
ALL new clients will be required to leave a $55 deposit over the phone when making the appointment. (Or you are welcome to stop by the office and make this appointment in person with a check or cash deposit.)
