​We want to ensure that your pet is comfortable, warm & pain free!

Whether your pet is recovering from surgery or illness, we offer in hospital care for our patients that need to spend the night. 
​Dr. Hines examines each hospitalized pet at least two times a day, and often more.

Technicians monitor each patient's recovery from anesthesia as well as attend to IV fluids, medications, patient comfort & warmth, and other treatments.
​Patient Care Assistants take patients out for walks, monitor their food and water intake, and report any issues to the doctor. 

Just as you may have had a human family member hospitalized for the treatment of an infection or illness, many of our furry family members require the same treatment. 
​The team at LVH makes it possible for your pet to be on an IV with fluids and medications to enhance healing.
